Sponsor An Event: Golf Outing
The WBAI offers 9 distinct sponsorship packages for its Golf Outing: Diamond Tee Sponsor, Platinum Tee Sponsorship, Golden Tee Sponsorship, All Carts Sponsorship, Refreshment Cart Sponsorship, Scramble Sponsorship, Contest Sponsorship, Hole Sponsorship and Goodie Bag Sponsorship.
Diamond Tee Sponsorship - $3,000.00
- Official sponsor of the Golf Outing.
- One Foursome to Play in the Event.
- Prominent Display of Sponsor’s Logo and/or Name on the Event’s Invitation – which is sent to hundreds of attorneys and judges.
- Prominent Display of the Sponsor’s Logo and/or Name on the Event’s advertisements and program on each cart including those published in the WBAI Newsletter.
- The Sponsor’s Logo and/or Name on WBAI website for 6 months following the Event as the Diamond Tee Sponsor.
- Name recognition as the Diamond Tee Sponsor on the Welcome Boards at the event.
- 2 Half page Articles or Ads in Separate WBAI Newsletters.
*The articles or ads will appear in the next 2 published newsletters and must be approved by the WBAI prior to publication.
Platinum Tee Sponsorship - $2,500
- Official sponsor of the Dinner or Cocktail Reception.
- One Foursome to Play in the Event.
- Prominent Display of the Sponsor’s Logo and/or Name on the Event’s advertisements and program on each cart including those published in the WBAI Newsletter.
- The Sponsor’s Logo and/or Name on WBAI website for 5 months following the Event as a Platinum Tee Sponsor.
- Name recognition as a Platinum Tee Sponsor on the Welcome Boards at the event.
- 1 Half page Article or Ad in a WBAI Newsletter.

Golden Tee Sponsorship - $2,000.00
- Official sponsor of the Barbeque Lunch.
- One Foursome to Play in the Event.
- Prominent Display of the Sponsor’s Logo and/or Name on the Event’s advertisements and program on each cart including those published in the WBAI Newsletter.
- The Sponsor’s Logo and/or Name on WBAI website for 5 months following the Event as a Golden Tee Sponsor.
- Name recognition as a Golden Tee Sponsor on the Welcome Boards at the event.
- 1 Half page Article or Ad in a WBAI Newsletter.

All Carts Sponsorship - $2,000.00
- Two complimentary tickets to play in the Event.
- The Sponsor’s Logo and/or Name on WBAI website for 4 months following the Event as the All Carts Sponsor.
- Name recognition directly on each of the participants’ carts.
- 1 Half page Article or Ad in a WBAI Newsletter.
*The article or ad will appear in the next published newsletter and must be approved by the WBAI prior to publication.
Refreshment Cart Sponsorship - $2,000.00
- Two complimentary tickets to play in the Event.
- The Sponsor’s Logo and/or Name on WBAI website for 4 months following the Event as the Refreshment Cart Sponsor.
- Name recognition directly on the refreshment cart that will be circling the players on the golf course offering beer and sodas.
- 1 Half page Article or Ad in a WBAI Newsletter.

Scramble Sponsorship - $1,000.00
- Sponsor the awards for the first place teams (men’s, women’s, and mixed teams) in the outing’s featured scramble competition.
- The Sponsor’s Logo and/or Name on WBAI website for 3 months following the Event as the Scramble Sponsor.
- Name recognition at the Awards Ceremony.
- 1 Quarter page Article or Ad in a WBAI Newsletter.
*The article or ad will appear in the next published newsletter and must be approved by the WBAI prior to publication.
Contest Sponsorship - $500.00
- Name recognition on a sign located at the holes where the contests for the longest drive, closest to the pin, longest putt, etc. will take place.
- Recognition of sponsorship at awards ceremony for contest winners.
Hole Sponsorship - $300.00
- Name recognition on a sign located at one of the Holes on the Golf Course.
Goodie Bag Sponsorship
- If you would rather donate specific merchandise, a goodie bag will be handed out to every participant at the beginning of the event. This bag will contain golf balls, tees, golf accessories, or other handy knickknacks (calendars, magnets, etc.) with the name of your firm or business on the item. Depending on how many sponsors choose this option, and what merchandise is offered, additional competitions and/or events may be added. Feel free to call us with your ideas!
- Sponsors donating items for the Golf Outing will be recognized in the program provided to all event participants.
