Judicial Reception

The Judicial Reception brings together members of the bench and bar to celebrate the achievements of the Illinois and Federal Judiciary. Nearly 200 federal and state judges and over 200 attorneys are always in attendance. This year's Judicial Reception will take place on March 1, 2012, at the Hotel Allegro in Chicago.

The WBAI will honor the Honorable Judge Rebecca R. Pallmeyer, of the United States District Court, Northern District of Illinois, and the Honorable Judge Debra B. Walker, of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Domestic Relations Division with a Mary Heftel Hooton Award this year. Both jurists will be honored for their commitment to the success of women attorneys and for their advocacy of women’s interests.
