Board of Directors: Adria Mossing

Adria East Mossing formed The Law Office of Adria East Mossing, LLC,  with 20 years of litigation experience behind her. She is also Of Counsel to Patricia C. Bobb & Associates, P.C.  Adria practiced law for 16 years at a large Chicago defense firm where she was an equity partner. Adria defended doctors and hospitals as well as other professionals including architects, engineers and real estate brokers.  Adria then joined a plaintiff’s personal injury firm concentrating her practice on the representation of injured parties in complex medical malpractice, wrongful death and personal injury cases.  Over her 20 year career, she has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict and has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of her clients.

Adria serves on the Board of Directors of the Women’s Bar Association of Illinois and is a member of other bar associations including the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.  She has served as an Adjunct Professor at DePaul College of Law where she taught a seminar on medical malpractice litigation.  She has also published a chapter on Pleadings in the IICLE Illinois Civil Practice volume.

A graduate of Northwestern University and DePaul University College of Law where she served as Managing Editor of Notes and Comments on the DePaul Law Review.  In 2009, Adria was again named an Illinois Super Lawyer.
